As Sales Director, I was tasked with driving sales growth both nationally and internationally. My role included recruiting and training a sales team, as well as defining short and medium-term commercial strategies. I also worked on negotiating and finalizing partnerships with key accounts and led the restructuring of the after-sales service department to improve operational response times.

In my role as Export Sales Director, I had to develop an extensive network of importers across the regions of the USA and EMEA. I implemented a comprehensive strategy encompassing pricing, communication, partner and importer access conditions and delivery terms. As a member of the COMEX, I played an active role in defining and executing global commercial and managerial policies.

Commercialization through the implementation of strategy, prospecting and existing key account development for electric bicycles, scooters, and mopeds across multiple key markets, including France, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Poland. Supervision and complete setup of a dedicated after-sales service from scratch. Implementation of dedicated training modules for electric mobility within the group across Europe. Management of compliance and implementation of Shop-in-Shop concepts for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

 

Achievements:

In full collaboration with the group's mobility team:

  • Successfully implemented 85 Shop-in-Shop locations with integrated workshops
  • Commercialized 430,000 bicycles and scooters over the period
  • Completely reorganized the after-sales service across six countries, managing and cataloging over one million parts from scratch
  • Trained over 800 individuals in 580 shops in specialized sales of electric vehicles
  • Opened more than 110 independent retail centers for the host brand across two countries

As Head of B2B and B2C sales, as well as overseeing accounting and company management, the challenge was, among others, to introduce and expand Mobilboard franchise points in Belgium and Luxembourg, aiming for significant market penetration and brand recognition. It also involved maintaining and expanding partnerships with various institutional clients, including law enforcement agencies, military units, ministries, airports, and banks, to broaden the company's client portfolio and revenue streams

 

Achievements:

  • Reached 1 million revenue per year
  • Successfully introduced Segway into Brussels Airport and military bases in Melsbroek, among others
  • Successfull opening of 3 mobilboard franchise in Belgium ans Luxembourg
  • As mastor instructor, trained up to 160 people to use a Segway

As Director of Sales, I led SNCF's sales development efforts across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg through a multichannel approach. I particularly focused on promoting Thalys, Eurostar, and TGV products through two retail outlets and a network of 1650 distribution points.

In addition to sales strategy, I took charge of recruiting and training the sales team. Identifying and attracting top talent, I ensured they were equipped to thrive in a multicultural environment. Simultaneously, I oversaw recruitment and performance management of 14 individuals for the call center, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) 

 

Achievements

  • Achieved an annual revenue growth of 40%
  • Successfully opened an SNCF boutique in Antwerp
  • Signed agreements with the 5 major tourism groups in the Benelux, totaling 2900 agencies
